Cone Beam Computed Tomography
Morgan & Lemke Periodontics & Dental Implants was one of the first in Ohio to utilize One Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of periodontal disease. This powerful 3-D imaging system allows us to capture highly-detailed images of your mouth, teeth and surrounding jaw structures, enabling extremely accurate evaluation and precise, customized treatment planning. Digital imaging also keeps your radiographic exposure at the level of a standard dental X-ray.
Teeth in A Day | All-on-4®
Teeth in a Day offers a modern, youthful alternative to traditional dentures. The procedure features a full-arch restoration and the placement of an immediate implant-fixed denture. This innovative replacement solution provides maximum stability and eliminates slippage, allowing you to eat, talk, yawn and smile with confidence. Featuring the All-on-4® treatment approach, you will leave our office the same day as your procedure with a secure, fully functional temporary denture. Two to three months following your initial procedure, you’ll receive a fixed full-arch restorative prosthesis custom made for your face and smile.
Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure
Laser Assisted New Attachment Procedure (LANAP) is a true breakthrough treatment for severe periodontal disease that promotes regeneration of gum tissue, new bone growth and gum tissue reattachment. The procedure uses targeted laser light to remove bacteria from gum pockets and seal the pockets closed without the need for a scalpel or sutures. Patients who undergo LANAP typically experience little to no discomfort and faster healing, with some even returning to work the same day.
Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) Therapy
Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) Therapy uses the patient’s own blood to accelerate the body’s natural healing process, minimize complications and repair or replace hard and soft tissues. It is frequently used in gum grafting, bone grafting, wisdom tooth removal, dental implant and other periodontal surgeries. PRF therapy is quick and painless, requiring just a simple blood draw, which is performed in our office on the same day as your procedure.
